This Privacy Policy explains how Corivo (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use getcorivo.com and the Corivo CMMS application.

1. Information we collect

• Account information — name, email, password (hashed by our auth provider), organization details.
• Billing information — plan selection and subscription status. Card details are handled by Lemon Squeezy; we do not store full card numbers.
• Service data — plant, asset, work order, preventive maintenance, inventory, and related operational records you enter.
• Usage data — approximate device/browser info, pages viewed, and product analytics events (for example via PostHog) to improve the product.

2. How we use information

We use information to:

• Provide, secure, and improve the Service
• Authenticate users and manage organizations
• Process subscriptions and send service communications
• Diagnose issues and prevent abuse
• Comply with legal obligations

3. Sharing

We share data with processors that help run Corivo, including hosting/database (for example Supabase), payments (Lemon Squeezy), and analytics. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights and safety.

4. Retention

We retain account and service data while your organization is active and for a reasonable period afterward for backups, disputes, and legal requirements. You may request deletion of your account by contacting us.

5. Security

We use industry-standard measures such as encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

6. Your choices

You can update profile information in the app, manage billing in your subscription settings, and contact us to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable under local law.

7. International transfers

We may process data in the United States or other countries where our providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

8. Children

Corivo is a business product and is not directed to children under 16.

9. Changes

We may update this policy and will post the revised version with a new “Last updated” date.
