Terms of Service
Last updated: August 2, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Corivo (“Service”), operated at getcorivo.com. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Corivo is a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) for manufacturing plants. Features may include work orders, assets, preventive maintenance, inventory, reporting, and related tools. We may update or discontinue features with reasonable notice when practical.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your organization. Provide accurate information and keep your contact email current. You must be authorized to bind your company when subscribing.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed per facility according to the plan you select at checkout. Payments are processed by our payment provider (Lemon Squeezy). Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated at purchase. You may cancel according to the cancellation options in your billing settings; access continues through the end of the paid period when applicable.
4. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt other customers, reverse engineer the Service except as allowed by law, or use Corivo for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that create security, legal, or operational risk.
5. Your data
You retain ownership of maintenance and plant data you submit. You grant us a limited license to host and process that data to provide the Service. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal information.
6. Confidentiality and security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the Service. No system is perfectly secure; you are responsible for access controls within your organization.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that the Service will meet every plant’s specific requirements. Corivo is a software tool and does not replace professional engineering, safety, or compliance judgment on your floor.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Corivo and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost profits damages, or for downtime, production loss, or data loss arising from use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid to Corivo in the three months before the claim.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms or non-payment. Provisions that by nature should survive (including liability limits and ownership) will survive termination.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
